About me
Richard lives in Fayette County, Kentucky, and has worked on civic health in Kentucky for over a decade. He is the founder and executive director of CivicLex, a civic health and media organization in Lexington that spans local news, bridge building, civic education, public space, and collaborative governance. He is also a founding Steering Committee member of the Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange.
