About me
Mariann is a Canopy Atlanta co-founder and currently serves as the operations, development, and community engagement director. She is an award-winning journalist who began her career as a reporter at Gannett and the Chattanooga Times Free Press, writing about criminal justice, government, politics, and healthcare. More recently, she worked as a freelance writer and a coordinator for a nonprofit community project, managing community engagement, projects, and operations.
